A quick software tip that's easy on the eyes
Straying away from wheels, here's a quick software tip - try using flux( http://stereopsis.com/flux/ ), it is much easier on your eyes than the bright white of a computer screen. If you are watching a movie or looking at pictures and want it back to normal, you can always switch it off quickly. On my mac, I use this and have it set to open at login, so come evening it is already open and begins to transition to a dimmer, yellow-lit screen. Also, if you use a mac, try this - hold down apple, option, and control, then press 8. It inverts the colors which is nice when typing a long document or reading text. Plus it saves energy, unless a lot of your screen is already black.
